Protein Power Smoothie
READY IN 5 MINUTES | CONTAINS AT LEAST 12 GRAMS OF PROTEIN
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons cricket powder
1 tablespoon sunflower butter or peanut butter
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup milk of choice
ice cubes
Directions:
Put all the ingredients on a blender.
Blend everything until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
